Talinda Bennington, the wife of the late Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington, released a statement Friday calling for fans to support each other in times of pain. "We had a fairytale life and now it has turned into some sick Shakespearean tragedy," Talinda said in a statement provided by the band's publicist. "How do I move on? How do I pick up my shattered soul? The only answer I know is to raise our babies with every ounce of love I have left."

Bennington, 41, died by suicide last week. As the singer for celebrated rock band Linkin Park, Bennington sold tens of million of albums around the world and accumulated a massive fan base. The band's most recent album, One More Light, opened at the top of the Billboard 200 upon its release in May.

Friday would have marked the kickoff of Linkin Park's two-night collaborative event Welcome to Blinkin Park, which included a pair of stadium shows with Blink-182. The shows, set for July 28 at Citi Field in New York and July 30 at Hersheypark Stadium in Pennsylvania, have been canceled alongside the entirety of Linkin Park's One More Light World Tour.

"Blink-182 is wrecked by the loss of our friend and amazing musician Chester Bennington," blink said in a statement. "We could never imagine playing blinkin park without his incredible talent and voice. It just would not be possible. We send our deepest sympathies to his family, bandmates, friends and fans."

Shortly after Bennington's death, Linkin Park launched a memorial website and shared their own statement on the singer's passing. "Your absence leaves a void that can never be filled—a boisterous, funny, ambitious, creative, kind, generous voice in the room is missing," the band said. Read the statement in full below.
