Soulja Boy is the king of staying relevant through controversy, and his feud with Chris Brown has certainly kept him in the limelight for the last few months. Like clockwork, the Atlanta rapper recently took Brown to task over two issues; their much-talked about boxing match, and Karreuche Tran.
For those out of the loop, Soulja Boy and Chris Brown have been in a will they, won't they dance about lacing up the gloves and getting in the ring to duke it out. Earlier this week, Soulja Boy said the boxing match was off, and Chris Brown reiterated that status on Tuesday.
"I'm just here to accept this W and hand this L to Chris Brown," Soulja says in the above clip. "This nigga backed out the fight like a bitch like I knew he was." He adds in the caption, "I won if u still want these hands @Chrisbrownofficial hit up my big bro Floyd Mayweather I'm out lmao." It sounded like this was over with, but evidently Soulja Boy can't let the attention go.
He then went into the Karrueche incident. If you're not aware, the model and actress got a restraining order on Chris Brown after he allegedly threatened to kill her. Not a laughing matter at all, but we guess Soulja Boy didn't get the memo.
Soulja Boy recounts the troubling report, laughs, then says, "This nigga wanted to fight me over this girl, and she just put a restraining order on this nigga."
"Chris take this L, nigga," he adds.
Chris Brown has yet to respond to Soulja's latest comments, though he did address the boxing match (and potentially Karrueche's restraining order) yesterday.
