Speaking to Complex over email, Liv explained how the track came together: "I was in the studio with Disclosure and Jimmy Napes working on ideas when the boys came up with the beat for 'Searching'... I literally cannot wait to play it to everyone at my Omeara show in February (15th), and also at festivals across the summer."
