No stranger to Complex, wave scene proponent Deadcrow is stepping out with his second release on Plastician's Terrorhythm Recordings, following last year's Night Wonder EP. His new EP, Light Trails (due Feb. 27), continues in roughly the same vein as Night Wonder but there's much more of a cohesive atmosphere on this EP. In fact, the influence of sci-fi soundtracks that Deadcrow cites as key to his sound can be heard more clearly than ever. Still, as you can hear in "Strayed" below, there's still an undeniable energy (and an audible dose of grime) that solidifies this one as invaluable for any club DJ.
