Tina Knowles should have known better.

TMZ points out that Beyoncé’s mother did the unthinkable: she posted a picture on social media of Jay Z, Solange, and Solange's son Daniel Julez Smith, Jr. in an elevator. After realizing it might trigger some unhappy memories of Jay and Solange’s infamous elevator incident in 2014, she quickly deleted it.

If you forgot what happened, here’s a quick rundown: It went down on May 5 at the Standard Hotel after the Met Gala. The security video showed Jay getting physically attacked by Solange for reasons related to him allegedly being flirty with Rachel Roy at the Met Ball.

This became such a hot topic in pop culture that Beyoncé herself had to write about it on her remix to “Flawless.” Then people started to look into her lyrics to Lemonade that possibly addressed the situation and infidelity rumors between the power couple. And finally, in Jay’s verse on Fat Joe and Remy Ma's “All the Way Up” he also makes a sly reference to the night, rapping, “Prince left his masters where they safe and sound/We never gonna let the elevator take him down.” Get the hint? They want to move on.

Be more careful next time, Tina.
