Kanye West’s Saint Pablo tour stop in Inglewood, California, came to an abrupt end Thursday night.

More than halfway through the tour’s sixth and final show at The Forum, ‘Ye stopped his performance and announced his voice was too hoarse to continue. Though fans were understandably upset, the rapper reassured the audience that all attendees would get their money back. But, apparently, he wasn’t in a position to make such a promise.

According to TMZ, representatives from Ticketmaster said Kanye does not have the authority to issue refunds, and although they couldn’t make any guarantees, the company was working with the venue to find a solution. And now, just a couple of days after the shortened concert, some fans are finally getting what they were promised.

Pigeons & Planes points out that several of the concert-goers have already received refunds for their tickets—full refunds.

But it looks like some attendees are still waiting on their money.

As of Saturday evening, it was unclear if all audience members will get their money. Ticketmaster did not immediately respond to Complex's request for comment.
