Last week, RL Grime dropped some early Halloween treats in the form of his fifth Halloween mix featuring one massive collaboration: "Waiting," a track he worked on with What So Not and Skrillex, the latter of which is headlining at our inaugural ComplexCon event. It was a return to form for RL Grime and What So Not, who linked up for "Tell Me" back in 2014. Oddly enough, fans have been "waiting" for this banger for a bit.

The clip above features RL dropping this one at Umass Lowell Wicked Halloween in 2015. Also have to love that, in a similar vein as the latest cut from Craze and Four Color Zack, "Waiting" has a distinct drum & bass vibe to it, at least when you think of the fast drum fills in the track. I'm not here to say that drum & bass is the next frontier for electronic music producers, but it's dope to see seeds of the UK-born sound being integrated.

No matter how you slice it, "Waiting" will have many on some "RL Grime, Skrillex, and What So Not need to make an album" shit. Check it out below.

You can also enjoy a visual experience of the track below.
