Suge Knight still faces a litany of legal problems, but at least he has his tax debt settled. Suge was hit with a tax lien by the state of California for $30,000 in unpaid taxes from 2011 and 2012. Luckily for Suge, it looks like he had the cash on hand to pay it off. According to a report from TMZ, Suge settled up on the debt in August, which helped him move beyond at least one legal hurdle.

The tax debt remains the least of his worries, however, as he remains incarcerated on charges of premeditated murder stemming from a January 2015 hit-and-run that killed Terry Carter. The incident happened on the set of a Straight Outta Compton promotional shoot, and Dr. Dre and Ice Cube were originally involved in the lawsuit as well. A judge cleared both of them of any wrongdoing recently, ruling that they couldn't be held responsible for Suge's recklessness. Suge remains charged, though, and he has been incarcerated since early 2015. He's unsuccessfully attempted to get the charges against him dismissed several times, at one point citing his partial blindness as a reason for him to be fearful for his life when he fled the set.

This isn't the first tax debt that Suge has faced, either. Back in the 2002, Suge was famously hit with a $6 million ruling for failing to pay taxes on year's worth of income. That debt was settled, but his legal troubles are far from over.
