UPDATED 9/16/16 6:00 p.m. ET: Miami rapper Stitches took to social media Friday with the message, "Told them bitches don't come back to my city. I stayed quiet like nothing was going to happen."
It's an interesting statement given Stitches history with The Game. The two rappers dealt with some issues late last year, most notably Game's manager Wack 100 knocking out Stitches in Miami. Though, to be clear, this doesn't confirm whether Stitches was involved with the shooting.

The Game's crew was reportedly the target of a shooting in Miami Beach early Friday morning. According to TMZ, a Mustang convertible drove passed the valet outside the Fontainebleau Hotel around 7:30 a.m. and fired multiple shots into a white Mercedes-Benz G Wagon, which police are saying is associated with Game. Fortunately, the SUV was empty.
The rapper's manager, Wack 100, told TMZ the vehicle actually doesn't belong to their crew. Instead, their car is the black Chevy SUV inside the police tape in this photo, but it was not hit. Game's white Range Rover was parked about 15 feet away from where the shots were fired. No other vehicles were hit and there were no injuries.
The incident comes hours after The Game was hosting and performing Thursday night at Story Nightclub, which is just down the street from the hotel. During the show, Game went at Meek Mill, calling him out for being a "snitch" and threatened to "beat [his] ass." "It ain't gotta be about no guns. Fuck Meek Mill," he told the crowd. It's still unclear exactly what Meek might've done.
After the performance, Game posted a picture of the night to Instagram and seemed to be in good spirits. "When the club is lit in MIAMI & you the reason why 🙏🏾#iBeenThatNiggaBoy." The Game's reps did not immediately respond to Complex's request for comment.
