Lady Gaga’s highly anticipated album Joanne is coming pretty soon. To get us even more excited, she has shared the official video for her '80s throwback record “Perfect Illusion.”

Directed by Andrea Gelardin and Ruth Hogben, Gaga’s energy is overflowing throughout the entire clip. It begins with her belting the song to a rowdy crowd. Later, she’s in a jeep driving off in the desert somewhere, stopping only to interpret her emotions when the chorus hits. As night falls, she gathers her bandmates—which include Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker and Grammy Award-winning DJ and producer Mark Ronson—to jam out so insanely that everyone around them looks like they are having the time of their lives.

During a recent appearance on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 Radio show, Gaga explained why she decided to name her album after her aunt, who died of lupus when she was 19.  Joanne is also her middle name.

“The day that the album comes out will be such a day of healing for me and my family,” Gaga said. “I feel like [Joanne’s] getting to live the rest of the life that she never got to."

Gaga also revealed the artwork last week, which you can check out below. Her fifth studio album comes out on Oct. 21.
