Jeezy’s prepping his fans for #SnowSeason with his upcoming Trap or Die 3 project. For a first taste of what he has in store, the Atlanta rapper is releasing “Let Em Know,” produced by Pay Cash.

The song, released on Friday night, is vintage Jeezy, riding the booming production with tough-talking bars about being a veteran in the streets. If you’re a fan who has religiously listened to his Trap or Die series, “Let Em Know” is one of those records that’ll bring you back. “I’ma need five bricks for the show, dog/Plus another 20K just to flow, dog” are demands only Da Snowman can do.

Trap or Die 3 was announced earlier this week through a video post. "You already know how I came into this game: harder than a motherfucker, and that's how I'm going out,” Jeezy said of his Church in These Streets follow-up. “Three fingers in the air, fuck with me.”

The third installment follows Trap or Die 2, which was released in 2010. The inaugural tape came out in 2005, and it celebrated its 10-year anniversary last year.

"From the outset, Trap or Die was monumental and momentous, foreign and far-fetched, realistically hype and highly surreal. Young Jeezy was a rapper most of us had never heard of before he introduced himself a cappella, by letting us know that not only had he predicted that he would change the game—he had already done it," contributor kris ex wrote.

Listen to “Let Em Know” below and look out for Trap or Die 3’s release date coming soon.
