Black, real name Dieuson Octave, was originally set to be released from jail last week after being incarcerated for 91 days for armed robbery and false imprisonment, but the release was later denied after the discovery of two previously unknown warrants in his name. One warrant was reported to be a felony count of criminal sexual conduct from Florence, South Carolina by the Sun Sentinelwhile the other was a misdemeanor cannabis and drug paraphernalia charges from St. Lucie County, Florida. It's currently unclear when Kodak will now be released from jail and if the terms of his prior release will now be altered. In the previous plea deal, Kodak agreed to serve one year of house arrest and five years of probation.

According to a statement given to Fader, Major Michael M. Nunn said that Black would be transported to South Carolina "at some point" to face the charges, although no clear timeline was immediately available.

The Public Relations Department of the Florence County Sheriff's Office could not be immediately reached for comment. We'll continue to update this story as more details become available throughout the day.
