Ariana Grande and Mac Miller were caught making out and now the internet is pretty certain the two artists are officially dating.
According to TMZ, the two were caught getting very close at Katsu-Ya in Los Angeles over the weekend where they proceeded to kiss each other throughout the entirety of the meal. At one point, Grande was allegedly lying on his lap. Earlier that weekend, Miller surprised the Billboard Hot 100 Fest crowd by jumping on stage during Grande's set for a quick duet.
Speculation that Grande and Miller were a couple date all the way back to 2013 after Miller appeared in Grande's video for "The Way." At the time, Miller downplayed their chemistry and insisted that the two were strictly platonic. "That's the homie. She's got a boyfriend and everything. Obviously, that [kiss] made everyone talk," he told MTV.
The pair connected once again when Grande recruited Miller to remix her recent single, "Into You." The new version proved to be a hyper-seductive new take on the already sultry single with Miller showing his romantic side in his added verse as he raps about texting a girl when he first wakes up and the potential they have together. "Heard you got a man / Baby I could do it better / And I really ain't complaining / I just want you to remember / How it was, how it is, how it could be."
Following her breakup with Big Sean, Grande was publicly linked to her boyfriend-slash-backup dancer, Ricky Alvarez, who was also there for that whole donut-licking controversy back in 2015. From the looks of it, Grande has moved on and her and Miller have gone from being homies to much more.
