Premiere: Sinead Harnett Shares Soul-Searching Video For "If You Let Me"

A track produced by GRADES.

With a voice that's set to be a classic one in years to come, R&B singer Sinead Harnett's star has been on a continuous rise. Releasing a well-received EP in She Ain't Me last year, Sinead returns next month with a self-titled project featuring beat-makers Kaytranada, JD. Reid, Snakehips and GRADES. The first drop from the 4-tracker is "If You Let Me"—the song she worked on with GRADES—and it's equal parts glitchy electronica and from-the-heart soul as she relays the story of a lost and lonely lover. Speaking on the track, the video for which you can watch above, Harnett told Complex over email: "Dan [GRADES] is ridiculous! I'm a huge fan. I brought the initial idea to him and he was feeling it so much at the time that the song pretty much wrote itself. He really challenged me in not settling for anything less than that 'click' you feel when you've found the right words. Dan finds ways to mirror the emotion so poignantly in his production, and I can't wait to do some more cool stuff with him."

Sinead Harnett, the EP, is out on August 4.
