Sir Mix-A-Lot’s “Baby Got Back” is one of those classic songs that everyone knows. So when one library decided to flip the lyrics to encourage people to read, it instantly got a lot of love online.

Virginia Beach Public Library’s information specialist Brittney Ash remixed the hit single in a display inside the library. Instead of using the rapper’s lyrics (“I like big butts and I cannot lie”), Ash creatively thought of a way to make the song about books. The new rap starts, “I like big books and I cannot lie/You other readers can’t deny."

Christine Brantley, who is the library’s community relations and development manager, told ABC News that Ash creates various displays to "infuse some fun into the library."

Brantley says Ash creates these unique displays in order to promote the library’s collections and to help people find literature that might not be readily visible on the shelf. In the past, she's created a display that honored “Shark Week," another focusing on “Banned Books Week,” and she also made an igloo entirely out of recycled milk cartons.
