DMX stopped by The Breakfast Club on Tuesday morning, and he gave some insight into how his beef with Drake got squashed. X famously savaged Drake on The Breakfast Club back in 2012, saying "I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his fucking voice. I don’t like what he talks about. I don't like his face. I don’t like the way he walks, nothing. I don't like his haircut. I might just...Lemme shut up. I'm gonna stop right there."

Interestingly, all of this didn't stop Drake from trying to reach out to him. Drake sampled X on his VIEWS track "U With Me?" by splicing up parts of DMX's "What These Bitches Want" and "How's It Goin' Down." Although X had animosity towards Drake before that, he explained that Drake making the effort to reach out to him changed his view on the Toronto rapper. "To be man enough to reach out and make that call, that was a real move... I salute him for that," he said. He described it as a "humbling experience. Like yo, you didn't like this guy for all the wrong reasons."

Elsewhere in the interview, X discussed his feelings on expecting his 15th child. He claimed he picks who to breed with "just like a dog. I sniff the ass, I wag my tail."

"I'm not a total piece of shit," he went on to say, explaining that some of his kids know each other based on where they live. "I have kids in the same county. I have a few in New York, a few in L.A."

X also talked about his near-death experience, his relationship with Ja Rule, and more. You can check out the entire interview in the video above.
