It's been a hot minute since we've heard from T2. The man behind arguably the biggest bassline tune ever ("Heartbroken", if you needed reminding) is making his return with a brand new single called "Everything I Need". Thankfully, he hasn't lost any of that gift for sample-hunting, picking a heart-stoppingly sweet vocal sample to counter the whiplash bass wobbles and jaw-breaking percussive snaps. Taken from his as-yet-untitled new EP (due Sep. 1), "Everything I Need" gives us a much heavier side of the Leeds-born producer than we're used to, but it's by no means an unwelcome progression.
