SZA fans have been patiently waiting for the talented TDE artist to release her debut album, A, or at the very least shed some light on its whereabouts. A few months back, TDE's CEO Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith gave an update on the project by saying it was in "4th Stage Creative," which seems to indicate it's coming sooner rather than later. For what it's worth, SZA recently played a few snippets of new material for fans on Snapchat but was swiftly shut down by TDE co-president Punch in sharing more:

So @iamstillpunch called me by my full name and said I can't post no mo snippets .. Thank him lol

On Wednesday, SZA decided to properly release a new song entitled "twoAM." The record puts a different spin on PARTYNEXTDOOR's "Come and See Me," and this is easily distinguishable given the fact she cribs the hook, and does it justice. She also plays off the line, "It's after 2 a.m. and that's asking a lot of you right now" with the title, taking a woman's perspective on the late night call. "Waste no time on you/Got to move on 'cause you got me fuck up/I am confused," she croons over the reworked backdrop courtesy of Thankgod4cody, Carter Lang, and SCUM. The record also includes a creative outro to vibe out to.

Just last week, Erykah Badu remixed PND's "Come and See Me," and it's clear Drake's OVO labelmate is having a bigger effect in 2016 than he ever has before when you also account for him penning Rihanna's No. 1 hit, "Work."

It's unlikely "twoAM" will be included on SZA's upcoming debut album, but we'll gladly add it to our #inthefeelsplaylist. Listen to it below.
