A Tribe Called Quest's late member Phife Dawg was honored tonight with a special event at Harlem's Apollo Theater. Yesterday, ATCQ held "The Celebration of Phife" at St. Alban's Memorial Park in Queens, N.Y. There, a lucky group of people got tickets to this all-star tribute event at the Apollo. Not a ton is known about it, but it is supposed to have both musical and spoken testimonial components. It started at 6 pm.

You can stream the event above via REVOLT,  and check out of the full program of events below.

Kanye West started out the evening by sending some supportive tweets tonight about Phife's legacy, and praised his mother's poem at the event.

D'Angelo was also there, and performed "You've Got a Friend.

KRS-One also dropped some freestyles.
