Rozay apparently has an issue with Rock's comedic craft.

Chris Rock's opening monologue at the 2016 Academy Awards this past weekend is still a big talking point, and while many applaud him for shedding light on the lack of diversity in Hollywood, there are some who felt his execution in doing so wasn't all that respectful, or funny for that matter. You can add Rick Ross' name to the list of critics.

The rapper recently stopped by 93.9 Fam in the Morning in Washington D.C. and was asked about the monologue. “Chris Rock, he a cornball. Let’s keep it real,” he said. “I ain’t even finna kick it with y’all like that. Chris Rock a cornball. And I’ma leave it right there. It wasn’t funny. Stop." His sentiment was echoed by other people in the room. Ross added, "He ain’t the one, you dig. I’m not fan of his.”

It's quite possible that Ross' feelings on Rock's opening monologue were tainted from the jump, given his past history with the comedian. Back in 2014, Rock hosted the BET Awards and poked fun at Rozay. "Dre has Beats, Rick Ross has DiaBEATS," he cracked during the show. The rapper responded on Twitter, "Chris Rock washed up haaaa." We don't see Ross letting anyone off the hook, whether it be a rapper or comedian coming at him. You can check out his comments on Chris Rock at the 12:30 mark.
