Premiere: Bedlam Learn To Let Go On "Let It Be"

"Tight, urgent, and anxious."

Bedlam, a producer based in London, has undertaken a new project that invites a rotating cast of songwriters and singers to collaborate with one another. The outfit's latest effort is "Let It Be", the second track to be taken from his upcoming self-titled six-track EP. With an urgent kick drum trying to punch its way through the mix, "Let It Be" sees awkward stop-start rhythms being used to hook the listener in for the big climax. On the subject of the off-kilter style, Bedlam explained: "We wanted to explore the vulnerability of uncertainty and the idea that there is only so much that you can control. The production style mirrors this—it's tight, urgent and anxious."
