Throughout all of 2015, Birdman and Lil Wayne were at odds over a dispute in Weezy's contract with Cash Money Records. The disagreement was ugly and it didn't seem like they were going to be able to squash things anytime soon. Transport to Drake's New Year's Eve party tonight where Weezy and Baby reunited in a surprise move that was captured on Drizzy's Instagram page.

Not only that, but Drake simply put "16" in the caption to tease that big things were coming from Cash Money Records in the coming year. What could that be? Well, for starters Drake told the crowd in Miami that his Views From the 6 album was "coming very soon." When? That's anyone's guess at this point. It will remain to be seen if Wayne drops his multi-million dollar lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money going forward with this new development. It will also be interesting to see if Cash Money decides to release Wayne's long-awaited Carter V album.
