It's been more than six years since Max B was sentenced to 75 years in prison for allegedly playing part in the planning of an armed robbery and kidnapping that resulted in the murder of David Taylor. In 2012 the Harlem rapper saw his court appeal rejected, a decision upholding that original sentence and leaving Max ineligible for parole until 2042, according to Red Bull Music Academy. Still, the "wavy" rapper has tried his best to overturn the ruling outside the court system, launching a Change.org petition in 2012 and following up with an official "We The People" White House petition last year. Actually, there was a bunch of White House Petitions and obviously none of them panned out.

Now, another WhiteHouse.gov petition has been launched to "Pardon Charly Wingate," but it seems like another long shot. The petition, which calls for 100,000 signatures by Dec. 25, is seeking an official opportunity for Max B "to approach Governor Chris Christie and President Barack Obama for a pardon, or at the very least, a retrial." So far the petition, which was launched on Nov. 25th, only has 374 signatures, which leaves 99,626 to go. Take a look and sign here
