Taylor Swift released 1989 back in 2014, but the singer is still releasing videos for the album's singles. For her sixth single, Swift chose album standout "Out of the Woods" and just premiered the video on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve hosted by Ryan Seacrest.
Earlier this year, Swift explained the inspiration for the song before performing an acoustic rendition at the GRAMMY Museum. "The number one feeling I felt in the relationship was anxiety, because it felt very fragile. It felt very tentative," Swift said. "It always felt like, okay, what's the next road block? What's the next thing that's gonna deter this? How long do we have before this turns into an awful mess and we break up? Is it a month? Is it three days?"
