If their press shots are anything to go by, psychedelic folk three-piece MY BABY are more than a little interested in the various strains of mysticism. I mean, just look at that shot. "Remedy II" channels that into a surprisingly focused take on desert-washed folk and country that, believe it or not, could actually work pretty well in the right club. The Polynation version, however, distils that even further with a driving beat and an almost house-like groove. Still, there's so much going on in this track that it really warrants a proper listen through some big expensive headphones in a comfy chair. If this version, or indeed, the original don't enter the charts on some level then we'll know for sure there's no hope for humanity.
