According to The New York Times, LCD Soundsystem is set to reunite at Coachella, which will return to Indio, Calif. on April 15-17 and April 22-24.

The electronic dance-punk band led by James Murphy has been disbanded since 2011. In the following years, there were rumors of the group getting back together, as first reported by Consequence of Sound. Fans even thought it was actually happening when they released their Christmas song, "Christmas Will Break Your Heart." However, it was quickly dispelled by Murphy’s label manager, Kris Peterson, who wrote on Twitter: “LCD Soundsystem are not reuniting next year, you fucking morons.”

TheTimes confirm that they will return at Coachella, but a spokesman for the group declined to comment. The last performance they did together was their farewell concert at Madison Square Garden in 2011.

If the rumors were true, LCD Soundsystem would be joining another high-profile reunion of Guns N’ Roses, who are supposedly headlining.
