Chicago rapper King Louie was reportedly shot in the head in the Southwest Side of Chicago this afternoon, the Chicago Sun Times reports. King L, whose given name is Louis Johnson, was reportedly in a vehicle on the 3900 block of West 83rd Street when the shooting took place at around 3:30 pm, both the Chicago Police and the rapper's management confirmed. Louie was taken to the Advocate Christ Medical Center where his condition was stabilized. Louie's management reported that he was "awake and talking" following his hospital visit.
