For anyone down in New Orleans expecting to catch Post Malone, Chance the Rapper, Title Fight, Third Eye Blind, and a slew of others on the final day of the iconic Voodoo Music & Arts Experience, festival organizers have some awful (though relatively predictable) bad news: it's officially been canceled. In a statement posted to the fest's official site on Sunday, Voodoo organizers cited "dangerous weather conditions" as the cause of the unfortunate cancelation:

Due to dangerous weather conditions including forecasted persistent rain and flash flood warnings for Orleans Parish for Sunday, November 1, the final day of the 2015 Voodoo Music + Arts Experience has been cancelled. Fan safety is the top priority for the producers of the festival and current conditions at City Park do not meet our standards for maintaining a safe experience.

Though Voodoo is generally regarded as a rain-or-shine event, refunds will be offered due to the exceptional nature of the region's current weather conditions. 3-day pass holders will receive 1/3 of their original payment back, while single day pass holders will receive a full refund. Impacted attendees can visit the fest’s site for more information on securing a refund.
