London DJ and producer Lance Morgan has a new project to share with us: his new imprint, Morganic Music. The label promises to be a source for the best in underground house, and to give us an idea of what's in store, they've just dropped this new compilation featuring some of the UK's finest, including Arun Verone, Holt Blackheath and, naturally, the label boss himself. Many of the artists on the comp come from either a deep house or "hood house" background, adapting that sound into darker strains of house like tech and minimal, but still keeping those deep grooves and late-night edge. Proof, if it were needed, that the UK's house scene is stronger than ever.
