Just days after canceling his Late Show with Stephen Colbert and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade appearances, Justin Bieber stopped by the Chainsmokers' show at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Bieber and Chainsmokers gave some collaborative energy to three songs during the surprise appearance, according to TMZ, including Purpose standouts "Sorry' and "Where Are Ü Now."

Of course, Bieber is no stranger to showing love for the Chainsmokers crew. Earlier this year, he took to the 'gram alongside filmmaker Rory Kramer to share his own take on their Bieber-ready single "Roses."

Looks like Bieber just needed a few days of rest before getting back to the task at hand: taking over the world (again).
