Dornik's got us feeling chilled-out and mellow on a bummy day, which is surprisingly hard to do at the beginning of the week. Taken from his self-titled debut album, "Strong" evokes that trademark cool-and-funky '80s vibe that he's become well known for, and the accompanying video is just as feel-good. Signed to PMR Records (Jessie Ware, Disclosure) the Croydon funkster has already torn up the Pitchfork Paris Festival and London Calling in Amsterdam, and will soon be heading to Japan for Hostess Weekender (Nov. 22).
