Loco Dice has been making some strong moves lately. His collaboration with Giggs was a lesson in how to balance bars and bass. Now, on his latest single "Keep It Low", he's teamed up with techno boss Chris Liebing—a collaboration which Loco told Complex "happened in a very natural way" for one of their grittiest productions to date. A rugged bass riff tears through the track like a rusty, jagged blade, all the while disturbing images of gang warfare, gruesome battles and torture flash across the screen. Narratives, according to the producer, are essential to his music.

"Stories are important; they're the foundation of my albums," says Loco. "No stories, no albums. It's as simple as that. Some ideas and stories are expressed through music, some through videos. There are imaginary screenplays for some of my tracks, and some of them are made visible now." It's not to be taken lightly, this one, and it's certainly not to be watched if you don't have a strong stomach. Visceral and brutal though it may be, it's a well-crafted accompaniment to an undeniably tough house tune.
