Kelly Rowland has been through a lot since the release of her 2013 album Talk A Good Game, but we haven't heard much new music in that time. That all changed tonight with the release of Rowland's latest single, "Dumb," a club-ready track that seems to signal an official comeback and one we can only hope appears on the singer's planned fifth album.
