On an episode of his BBC Pop Masterclass seriesChilly Gonzales recently accused Hozier, the artist behind the hit single "Take Me To Church," of plagiarism. Gonzales noted how similar the composition is to his former collaborator Feist's "How Come You Never Go There," adding that Feist's song came out a year before Hozier's.

"Doesn't look so good, does it? 'Take Me To Church?' Maybe Feist should take him to court," he said in the video that has since been removed.

Following a report in The Times (Ireland), Hozier has started a defamation case in the High Court. His manager Caroline Downey was most recently quoted in the TheSunday Times calling Gonzales' allegations "groundless." For those unaware, Gonzales collaborated with Feist on her best-selling album Let It Die and toured Europe and Australia with her. Listen to both songs below and decide for yourself.
