Last night Vic Mensa made waves with a freestyle wherein he takes subliminals at Travi$ Scott, more or less calling him "corny" and fake. But now the heat may be on him, too, as it's come to light that "U Mad," his head-banging collaboration with Kanye West, bears an extremely striking resemblance to a song by French rapper Monsiuer Ice, which was released one year ago. Listening to Ice's song "Horus," produced by someone named JO A, it's hard to argue that the songs don't have a very similar arrangement. Additionally, Ice and Vic's flows are more or less the same.

In the same Scott-dissing freestyle, Vic expressed disdain towards those who would say "U Mad" is a direct product of Kanye-influence, arguing that while Ye's his guy, he had already made the song before they started fucking with each other musically. Meanwhile Ice responded to a tweet asking if Vic indeed swaggerjacked him by repliyng ""with total impunity." But decide for yourself. Peep "Horus" below and then take another listen to "U Mad."
