Premiere: Woodgrain's Ska-Inflected "Problems / No Problems" Is A Problem!

Nu-LDN.

Waiting until dead in the middle of summer for their first release of the year, London collective Woodgrain (and rapper guest) come through today with the premiere of "Problems / No Problems". The timing is made blindly obvious upon first listen as the summery, reggae-licked track can't help but fall neatly into the surrounding seasonal mood. Through intelligent spacing and rhyme schemes—combined with slick production, and voice distortion techniques—lyrically, "P/NP" appears tight, yet maintains a free form and laid-back energy.

With the promise of more new music on the way, you have every reason to be excited by the sounds of Woodgrain again. Stream "Problems / No Problems" below, and download their most recent project (KimLouie) right here.
