You've got to love that moment when you hear someone drop one of the greatest samples of all time. What's even better is when someone like Trends chops it up and makes it their own, creating a club-smasher to rival the sample's original source. On "Pump It Up" (yes, you can probably guess what he sampled), what starts as a solid grime banger ends up becoming something altogether more nuanced, though heavy and danceable in equal measure. On the flipside, "Virus" we get something a little more melodic. That's not to say you couldn't get a crowd going with this one—at the very least this is ideal MC fodder—but it's more about the colossal wall of bass that glowers through the track. If you heard either of these at a club or rave you better pray you have some earplugs in to soften the blow. Seriously, tinnitus is no joke.
