El-P Shares His 'Fantastic Four' Soundtrack Contribution "Another Body"

Shortly after teasing the track on Run the Jewels' Beats 1 radio show, El-P shared the full version of "Another Body."

If you're still reeling from the recent confirmation from Bryan Singer of the long-rumored Fantastic Four / X-Men crossover movie, then this should certainly help you maintain your semi-natural high. As previously reported, the forthcoming Fantastic Four reboot features brand new music from El-P — he of Meow and/or Run the Jewels. Shortly after sharing a preview of the track on Jewels' Beats 1 radio show (is anyone touching Apple Music right now?), El-P shared the full version of "Another Body" alongside some brief production notes:

The instrumental track is reportedly inspired by noted minimalist Philip Glass, the master of sound behind The Truman Show and The Hours. "Another Body" takes the Glass approach of stripping away the nonessentials, providing the perfect platform for the Four to visually flourish.

As for the Meow side of Jewels, the culmination of crowdfunded hilariousness is closer than ever to actually existing — with the first track "Meowrly" landing on SoundCloud last week. Speaking on the creative process behind Meow the Jewels, El-P said he is "now crazy."
