The long-rumoured and much-anticipated remix of Skepta's "Shutdown" featuring Idris Elba can now be heard for the first time.
Throwing in plenty of references to Luther, Mandela and of course The Wire, the actor/DJ/rapper/presenter makes a respectable attempt at matching arguably the biggest grime MC of the moment. The jury's out on whether this surpasses Slaves' cover but it's still pretty fun, and with those references to the TV detective, we can't help but wonder if this is what the Luther-inspired album will sound like.
