Tidal to Exclusively Stream Jack White's Last Acoustic Show Tonight

Better news for TIDAL or Jack White?

Jack White is far from your conventional artist. Since he headlined at Coachella earlier this month, he's been performing at surprise shows in the five states that he's never graced the stages of. It's not quite J. Cole's Dollar and a Dream Tour since no one knew where the shows were until the day of, the tickets cost $3, and when it's all said and done, he'll be "taking a break from performing live for a long period of time." Regardless, it's a well appreciated gesture from a major artist to his fans.

For the final stop of his mini tour, he's hitting the Fargo Theatre in North Dakota tonight. For his diehard fans in and outside of the state, premium music streaming service, TIDAL, will be streaming the show live (8:30 PM CST) as well as giving away 50 tickets to its subscribers willing to make the trek. If you're not a subscriber already, you just need to sign up by 1 PM CST. And if you and the fam are headed to grandma's for dinner, where there will be no technology from the last two decades available, the show will repeat once and then be on demand.

All of this comes amid news that TIDAL is unable to keep its momentum high in downloads and overall popularity, despite its promise of exclusive content.
