With HBO's mega-hit series, Game of Thrones, returning next month, the network is coming back with the second installment of the Catch the Throne mixtape series. Today, they debut Talib Kweli's "Lord of the Light," which is the first drop from the upcoming mixtape that is also set to feature appearances from Snoop Dogg, Method Man, Yandel, along with a mix of metal from the likes of Anthrax and Killswitch Engage.

With a stirring intro from the show, which Kweli is a big fan of, Talib goes into a full lyrical assault over the snap-heavy, medieval-themed production while fitting in plenty of GoT references that any true fan of the show will surely appreciate. "I am a huge fan of Game of Thrones and I feel honored that HBO asked me to be involved at this level. I really nerded out on this song and there’s a Game of Thrones reference in just about every line," Kweli revealed.

With 15 songs in total that are all produced by Launch Point Records, the entire mixtape, which will be released for free next month, is set to showcase themes and highlights from the previous season of the show while also getting fans ready for the highly-anticipated season five that debuts on April 12.
