Casey Veggies' all West Coast everything remix for "Backflip" gets the proper visual treatment, as the 21-year-old Inglewood rapper is joined by YG and IAMSU! in an abandoned warehouse that's full of money, girls, and mattresses. Yes, mattresses, which the girls use to do back handsprings and backflips to fit the theme of the record. Director John Colombo kept it simple and sweet.
With its smooth Bay Area backdrop, "Backflip" has the potential to become Casey Veggies' first hit single, which he is certainly ready for. "[This song] represents the hustle, the ambition, everything that come from being in the spotlight and living that life," Veggies told Fader. "I just feel like this song is about to blow, it's an anthem."
