Everyone and their mum has heard Maya Jane Coles' classic "What They Say" by now, and all will agree it's one of her best. As you might have guessed, that catch-all descriptor also includes Drake, Lil Wayne and The Pinkprint mastermind Nicki Minaj, as their latest collaboration "Truffle Butter" shows.
Slowing the track right down, Nicki and her cohorts transform the club classic into a hazy, trappy piece of pop-rap. It's not exactly ground-breaking and they haven't done much to "What They Say" beyond slowing it down, but it's still a fun celebration of the finer things in life and all three rappers deliver perfectly respectable verses.
