Listen to Burial's "Lambeth"

Listen to the elusive producer's south London-inspired number from the new Hyperdub release.

Following on from the release of Hyperdub 10.4 yesterday, a previously unreleased Burial cut from the compilation, entitled "Lambeth", can now be streamed in full. The compilation marks the fourth installment of the label's 10th anniversary celebration releases. Originally recorded in 2009, "Lambeth" is one of the quixotic producer's more driving tracks with almost industrial percussion that stops just short of eclipsing the brooding bassline and fragile melody.

It certainly attests to the quality of Burial's output since he first emerged in 2005 that this was left of his albums and singles. It's not clear how many more installments we can expect from Kode9's imprint, but given that it's now November, we could be approaching the end. Hyperdub 10.4 is out now. Listen to "Lambeth" below.
