It seems to be a bittersweet day for YMCMB fans, as Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V album is nowhere to be found on the release date that Weezy himself announced earlier this year. No worries though, Queen Nicki Minaj is here to save the day with the release of her new single, "Only," featuring Wayne, Drake, and Chris Brown. The release of this single also comes with some bad news, as last night, Nicki announced that her album, The Pinkprint, has been delayed and will now be released on December 15.
Rapping Nicki is back right off the bat on this release, as she spits "I never f***ked Wayne, I never f**ked Drake, all my life man f**k sake, If I did I would menage with em and let them eat my ass like a cupcake." Following Nicki's stellar verse on the song, Breezy lays down an infectious hook before the track transitions to Drizzy and Wayne's standout guest features. Drake expresses his love for thick women during his verse on the track, rapping, "I like my girls BBW, the type that wanna suck you dry then eat some lunch with you."
