Listen to KStewart's "Close Enough"

Imagine Ciara or Mariah Carey put through the filter of a HudMo track and you're not far off.

Hot-on-the-heels of a string of successful collaborations with Karma Kid, TCTS and Oliver Heldens, dance-pop chanteuse KStewart has just posted another velvety vocal cut to her SoundCloud entitled "Close Enough". A healthy combination of future vibes, club music and '90s pop are all thrown into the mix as KStewart aims to build on her already steep trajectory. The shimmering production, beautiful as it is, takes the back seat allowing the spotlight to be shifted onto Stewart's vocals and their hefty allusion to 90s R&B.

Here, her vocals are tweaked to give it a fragility giving the listener the sonic equivalent of a reflection shimmering in a pool of water. Imagine Ciara or Mariah Carey put through the filter of a HudMo track and you're not far off. Take a listen to "Close Enough" below to get an idea of why she's had such hefty support from big-hitters like Diplo, MNEK and Jakwob.
