Ed Butler and Robbie Lamond—aka London house music duo, Billon—have today released the video to accompany their future smash, "Special". The production outfit have been picking up the plaudits since the release of their debut EP, Turn It Around, in 2013, and it was this year's Meditate EP that brought about the inevitable Disclosure comparisons—which is never a bad thing, given their world domination of the past 12 months.
"Special" could well be the hit to propel the lads even further, though. With Pharrell-signed Maxine Ashley's sumptuous vocals wrapped around their warm, melodic deep house that harks back to our recent summer days, expect to hear this one on your radio and up and down clubs in the UK from now until the end of the year (and possibly even beyond).
The promo video was shot in Los Angeles by Roboschobo (Childish Gambino, The Killers, My Chemical Romance), and it's simply a fun-loving trip into a sunny fantasy. Watch it, exclusively, below.
