#AskLox has been trending on Twitter for the better part of the afternoon today. The hashtag was sitting at No. 1, and we immediately got excited. Hip-hop won again; Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek Louch were back in the public eye.
Boy were we wrong.
The topic has nothing to do with hip-hop, and it's almost the exact opposite of what you may have expected: it was all started by a YouTube singer named Mahogany Lox. Take a look at her YouTube page, and you'll see that she covers popular songs and gets a shit ton of views. How disappointing but props to her. Maybe we can get Jada, Styles, and Sheek to trend tomorrow?
