It's funny how unexpected coincidences come about. Earlier today we posted ItsTheReal's search for the illusive female from Craig David's "Fill Me In" video. Some questioned how people outside of the UK knew about Craig David, but hell, we were all about the UKG sound, which is where Craig David made his name before turning into a bonafide R&B star. The bright, bubbly sound is perfect for smiles, champagne, and a great night out (preferably in flashy, expensive clothes), and has been the backbone that's turned acts like Disclosure into stars. Of course today is the day that we get a slice of heaven that sounds just like what Craig was doing years back.

Shift K3y's 20-years-old, and has been making a name for himself, eventually signing with Columbia. His latest single, "Touch," revives what people dug about the UKG scene, while giving us enough of a pop edge to get your groove on while bopping to the radio. Or maybe that's too lofty of an idea. In any case, young Shift K3Y won with this single, which is due out on April 6 with remixes from Chris Lorenzo, Oxford, and Three Bar.
