Lily Allen's experimental style breathes new life on her latest record "L8 CMMR." The 28-year-old UK star dips her voice in Auto-Tune as she sings about the boy of her dreams, while perky pop production fills the background. The title of the song, which is just a clever way of spelling "latecomer," refers to Allen hooking up with her man before any other girl got a chance. Like the great Ricky Bobby said, if you ain't first, you're last. That theory rings true here.
"L8 CMMR" will be included on the upcoming Girls soundtrack, Girls, Vol. 2: All Adventurous Women Do..., which is out February 11. It's available for pre-order on iTunes now.
